Notice of Annual General Meeting of Halwell Dumfries Mutual Insurance Company
TAKE NOTICE That the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the policyholders of the Halwell Dumfries Mutual Insurance Company will be held at 535 Hanlon Creek Blvd in Guelph, Ontario on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.:
- To approve the minutes of the Annual and Special General Meeting of Members held March 18, 2025
- To receive the Annual Statements and Auditors’ Report for the year ending December 31, 2025
- To appoint Auditors for the year ending December 31, 2026 and to authorize the Directors to fix the Auditors’ remuneration
- To elect four (4) Directors each for a three (3) year term.
Directors whose terms expire are, Mark Fisher, Steve Graham, Cindy Phillips, and Scott Roung.
Mark Fisher, Manmeet Kohli, Cindy Phillips, and Scott Roung have each been recommended by the Nomination Committee and approved by the Board in accordance with the Company’s By-laws.
An Information Session will follow immediately after the AGM. To attend this meeting, policyholders are asked to kindly pre-register via the link below no later than 11:59 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026 to confirm their attendance.
The Annual Statements may be viewed as of March 3, 2026. Policyholders may obtain a copy of the Annual Report by sending written notice to the head office of the company at 535 Hanlon Creek Blvd, Guelph, Ontario N1C 0A1.
