The first annual general meeting of Halwell Dumfries Mutual will take place in March 2025. Each year HD Mutual will conduct a Recruitment Program ahead of the annual election of Directors.
The Succession Committee will be interviewing the Directors whose intention is to seek re-election, as well as any qualified individuals who are interested in seeking election to the Board.

Ideal skillset for any potential director:
Obligations include:
Three-year term
8-10 Board meetings per year, including 1 strategic planning session, and 1 education session
Conference attendance, approximately 3-4 events per year. Some overnight travel is expected
1-2 Board Committee assignments with 4-5 meetings per year, per committee
