Grenville Mutual Insurance Company and Halwell Dumfries Mutual Insurance Company are pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has unanimously approved the intention to amalgamate. The companies have been working together over the course of recent months to assess how the companies are aligned, as well as the benefits of coming together. A robust due diligence process will continue, and as such, the Board of Directors and Management teams of HD Mutual and Grenville Mutual will be seeking approval from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) as well as the members in 2027.
